Walk to Remember Ross
We are part of the movement to end brain tumours and I hope you’ll join me in this Canada-wide effort to put a stop to this disease.
We are walking for my father, Ross Simpson.
He passed away in November 2016 from a Brain Tumour. This devastating disease took him from healthy to gone in three weeks time. We miss him terribly and want to walk not only for his memory, but to raise money and awareness to prevent anymore loved ones from being taken too soon.
By signing up for a 2018 Brain Tumour Walk, I’m making a commitment to end brain tumours and to help provide the essential information and support that every person diagnosed deserves.
All money raised through Brain Tumour Walk events strengthens the national movement to end this life-changing disease and brings hope to individuals and families across the country:
Hope for progress in discovering the cause of brain tumours.
Hope for better treatments for every child and adult diagnosed.
And most of all, the hope for a cure.
Thank you for supporting me, and more importantly, for helping the 55,000 Canadians who live with a brain tumour today.
Share this video to encourage family and friends to support you.
The current total amount raised for the Vancouver Brain Tumour Walk is $51,794.65
